Develop GFSI based compliance programming for a rapidly growing salad concept company
A rapidly growing commissary based business has goals to expand to neighboring states. In order to do so they need to prepare to register with the FDA. The original scope was to identify current programs assess their compliance to FSMA and Federal guidelines, and use existing and or build new policies to serve as the FSQA backbone for ongoing operations and to meet growing regulatory requirements. I enjoy the coach and mentor approach with existing employees. We worked together to meet aggressive time lines, and build the Quality and Food Safety Culture along the way.
