Real Quality Plans for SQF

I have taken a novel approach to Quality Plans. Focusing on listening to the customer and in plant diagnostics, to identify specific product attributes that are the root cause of complaints, quality holds , re- work or other cost based issues. We can then focus on detailed process steps and controls within that specific process step to insure quality standards are set and final quality is assured.
